4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via eWallet (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your mtown88b Account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within thirty (30) minutes during business hours. mtown88b is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on mtown88b is MYR 20. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to applicable processing fees charged by the relevant payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. eWallet withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. 6.2 In the event of a malfunction or technical error during a game session — including disconnection, software failure, or display error — mtown88b reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account. 11.1 mtown88b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued Account operation would present a compliance, financial, or reputational risk to mtown88b.
11.2 Upon account closure, any genuine deposited balance remaining in the Account — after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts and pending wager settlements — will be returned to the Player via the originating payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
11.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting mtown88b support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
